Brunei is a maritime state engulfed by Malaysia. It's a fiercely independent sultanate, however, where the royal family enjoys absolute power. Its cuisine is similar to Malaysia's, featuring fresh local produce and lots of noodles and rice. I cooked the following menu for my family last winter, but for some reason I neglected to post it until now.
