I only made one recipe from Capri, and a cake at that, because pretty much all the recipes I found of Caprese food were heavy on seafood (not my favorite) and/or tomatoes (Mike doesn't like fresh tomatoes). Indeed, until recently Caprese food was seafood based, with chicken and other meats being too expensive to take much space in their culinary repertory.
