I have cooked enough Eastern European cuisines by now to not be surprised at just how tasty their food can be. And Czech food did not disappoint. Pretty much everything I made was delicious, homey and worthy of guests. I didn't end up making any Czech desserts, however, I just couldn't find one that tickled my baking bone.
