I will be honest with you, the cuisine of the Central American countries is probably my least favorite cuisine in the world - and this adventure in Honduran cooking hasn't done much to make me change my mind. In general, the food I made was OK but unexciting. I did enjoy, however, seeing Honduras' versions of dishes eaten in other nearby countries.
