Caesar Salad

I don't know how "American" Caesar salad is, but I have noticed it available in many restaurants in this country. This version does away with the traditional egg (because I hate eggs) and uses store-bought croutons and bacon-bits. On the plus side, it's very easy to make.

Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1- Head of Romaine Lettuce
  • 1/8 cup of Olive Oil
  • 2- Garlic cloves, minced
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1-Cup of croutons
  • Bacon bits

    Instructions

Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Cut them into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce. Add lettuce and mix. Add parmesan cheese, croutons and bacon bits.
