This recipe is very quick and easy to make but very, very good. Serve over chicken or other light meats.
White Wine Sauce
2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. chopped onion or shallots 1 1/2 tbsp. flour 1/2 cup chicken stock 1/2 cup wine salt
In a small pan, melt butter. Add onion and fry until golden. Add flour and stir until smooth. Stir in gradually chicken stock and wine. Serve.
