Margarita's Favorite Recipes

LEMON AND GARLIC RICE



1 cup basmati rice
a pat of butter
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/4 lemon juice
1 cup of water
a dash of turmeric
salt to taste

Melt the butter on a pan. Fry the garlic until browned. Add the rice. 
Add turmeric, lemon juice, water and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer 
until ready.
