Baked Banana Custard

My husband loves bananas so this baked banana custard sounded like a perfect dessert too make. Unfortunately I didn't really look at the instructions until I started making them and they made very little sense. I did what I could, but the custard did not come out right. Part of it baked and solidified, the other part just stayed liquid. Needless to say we didn't eat it. Too bad.
