Beef in Cumin Sauce

I was a little hesitant about trying this recipe, but I didn't find that many CAR recipes that appealed to me. I was a little bit afraid that the cumin taste would be overwhelming, but that didn't end up being the case. However, I didn't think this recipe was all that great, and I don't think I'd make it again. I followed the recipe pretty closely, though I didn't add the cayenne pepper as my kids don't like spicy food. I also browned the meat prior to boiling it.
