Chakery
I will confess that this dessert didn't sound that appealing from the get go. However, I was hopeful. It seems popular enough in Gambia, and there must be a reason for that, right? Well, if there is, I haven't found it.
It basically tastes exactly like you would expect it to: like yogurt with pineapple, only a bit more sour.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked couscous
- 1 15oz can pineapple chunks
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- a dash of nutmeg
- sugar, to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
