Israeli Chicken Spice Rub
I'm not 100% sure how authentic this recipe is - Rachel Ray claims a friend brought a similar rub from Israel and this is her attempt at recreating it. It got great reviews, so I thought I'd try it. Unfortunately, I burned most of the chicken skin, but the chicken I could save was pretty good. I wouldn't say it was mind blowing good, but my daughter liked it.

Israeli Chicken Spice Rub
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp sweet paprika
- 3 Tbsp ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp dried coriander
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
When ready to use, coat chicken in olive oil and then the spice mixture, about 1-2 tsp per part.
