Great House Rum Punch
This is a cocktail recipe.
This is a more alcoholic version of a rum punch recipe common throughout the Caribbean. We used Myer's Rum and weren't terribly fond of it. As the drink tastes mostly of rum, it may just be our particular tastes.

Great House Rum Punch
Ingredients
- 3 oz dark Jamaican rum
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 3/4 cup crushed ice
- 1 Tbsp water
- dash of ground nutmeg
Directions
Mix the rum, lime juice and honey until the latter is dissolved. Fill a glass with the crushed ice and pour the rum mixture on it. Add water and nutmeg. Serve.
