Los Angeles is a culinary paradise. People from all over the United States and the world congregate here, and have brought with them their foods and cuisines. With a population of around ten million, LA county is larger in population than many countries, thus allowing for an infinite variety of foods. And not only can you find almost any cuisine here, but you LA is at the heart of the fusion movement. New restaurants are opening all the time, and all that competition means that only the best survive. We haven’t in the past paid much attention to what we ate in LA, but we’re trying to take greater advantage of the possibilities.
