Pizza is one of the most ubiquitous foods both in America and in my home country of Argentina. The reason for it is quite obvious: it’s nutritious, delicious and cheap. It has other advantages, such as being edible at room temperature and not absolutely requiring refrigeration. I’ve left many a pizza on the counter to eat the next day without any ill effects.
While I don’t eat nearly as much pizza as I did in my youth – I lived on Blondie’s and La Val’s slices when I was in college -, I do consume it from time to time and my children like it so I buy it in some iteration or another.
In this page, I’m gathering together all my pizza reviews: frozen pizza, pizzerias and pizza recipes.
