Banana Fritters

Banana fritters couldn't be easier to make, and they are very tasty. I had to guess at the proportions of each thing, but it worked out fine. The portion below will give you about 8 small-to-medium fritters, probably enough for 4.

Banana Fritters


Put the flour on a small bowl. Cut pieces of banana and add them to the bowl. Using your hands, puree the bananas and mix them with the flour. Add the sugar and mix. Taste, and add more sugar if necessary.

Pour about 1" of oil in a saute pan or pot. Heat it over medium heat. When the oil is hot, drop as many scoop-full of dough as you can without crowding each other. Fry until golden.
