Margarita's International Recipes |
I didn't look carefully at the recipe for this dish before making it, so I was surprised, and disappointed, that the "lime sauce" turned out to be just lime juice mixed with water. Needless to say it wasn't very exciting - all it did was give the beef a lime flavor. That wasn't necessarily bad, as the beef was very lightly flavored - not enough for me, but my husband and children liked it.
