Israeli cuisine may be one of the newest and most successful fusion cuisines out there. It combines the flavors, techniques and products from the Jewish diaspora in Europe, Asia and the Islamic world with the flavors and ingredients of its Palestinian homeland. It's an experimental and exciting cuisine, and one that is well suited for vegans as well as omnivores.
