Not many cities in America have a distinct cuisine - or even more than a couple of dishes they can claim ownership to - but Kansas City is one of them. Cuisines from US states: American, Alabamian, Arizonan,Californian, Connecticuter, Delawarean, Floridian, Georgian, Hawaiian, Idahoan, Illinoisan, Kansan.
