I'm sad to confess that I was not inspired by the Chadi recipes I found online. Mostly my fault, as most of them were heavy on vegetables I don't like. For that reason, I can't really say that I explored Chadian cuisine. Instead, I cooked two recipes that I thought I would like, and I did. But explore, I did not. Here is what I did:
- Chadian Peanut Stew
A beef stew from Southern Chad that falls within the tradition of Western & Central African peanut stews.
- Roasted chicken, African style
Nothing exotic about this roasted chicken, but it was very good
