A Cameroonian Menu

I can't say much about Cameroonian food as I didn't find too many references on or off-line. What I cooked seemed to have both French and African influences. I made the dinner for my family only (though my friend Arthur dropped in for dinner) and I couldn't find a suitable side dish for the suya (most of the ones I found involved bananas or plantains, which I was already using for dessert), so we ate it alone. I'd recommend serving something else, even if it's just a salad.
