My soujourn into Guinean cuisine was very brief. Indeed, I only managed to make one dish. The main problem was that I found relatively few recipes that were distinctive enough from the cuisines of its neighboring countries - for this project, I've cooked a lot of West African food. The recipes that were unique, either didn't seem particularly appealing to my tastes or had very hard to find ingredients. But you may have better luck trying these dishes. The one dish I did make was qute tasty.
